Dancing Is Not Only Meant For The Teenagers…

I have been reading double O´s blog recently, and I came across some comments criticizing old generation dancing on the same dancing  floor with the teenagers.On my view, dancing is healthy and is part of  keeping fit for those who do not like going to the gym and for those who do not like jogging.When you get the chance,no matter what age you are,shake that hip abit and if possible the whole body to the beat.You dont have to be a good dancer to be able to shake, just go by the rythm whether off-bit as long as you are dancing or shaking.By shaking  a little you will see that you are sweating and enjoying , killing depression and frustration.Try to murmur the song loudly, even if you do not know the lyrics,by the way no-one will hear you,the music is too loud and people might think you know the lyrics.So, young generation, we will be bumper to bumper on the dancing floor with you on any given occassion ,we will show you our OKI DOKI movements while you are trying to overshadow us with your hiphop movements……MUTA DO?
