Proud Of Our Suffering Poor Men and Women Of Kenya…

Posted on January 11, 2008. Filed under: Butdoisay TRUE STORIES |

Dear readers, if you have been watching the news since January after the elections, you can agree with me that never judge the book by its cover, in this case meaning, our poor  victims both men and women that were being interviewed on KTN news, Bbc news and Cnn news looked filthy, with rotten teeth due to the bad water in kenya and they really looked poverty stricken…but…one thing they had in common is they were educated- could speak very fluent English unlike some African Countries, when interviewed, they have to put a translated text on the screen so that you can understand what they are saying. This reminds me of an argument I had with my West African friend, who argued that you dont say….”PAPER” …..you say PEPE-he was like… whats wrong with you Kenyans….why do you call paper ..PAPER.. instead of PEPE…….i had no words….I only know of pepe jeans…..back to the topic….

So with all the ongoing hustles and problems, one thing that the world is sure of is Kenyans are well educated and I am very proud of our poor men and women of Kenya……so I can say….butdoisay….what did you observe?
