An Indian Caught In Nairobi Peeing On The Streets…
I was in Nairobi a few months ago and while walking in the streets of Nairobi,i came across an incident whereby an Indian was caught red handed by the cops peeing in the streets of Nairobi.The indian was rushed to a police car and before they drove off,i managed to talk to one of the officers.I asked him what would be the charges and if he will go to Jail?He responded that he would appear to court and face charges.I requested the officer if he would keep in touch so that i can attend the hearing in court.I gave him my number and luckily he called and informed me the dates and time.
I attended the hearing just on curiosity that killed the cat,i wanted to see how our system works,the indian pleaded guilty to the charges and the judge fined him 1500 Kenya shillings.1500 shillings is of course peanuts to indians living in Kenya,the indian decided to pay 2000 shillings and when asked why he was paying more….he answered…ata iko shuta pia baada ya kukojoa” meaning he even shutad after peeing…(help whats kushuta in English?) too sleepy to think.
The judge laughed as the indian was ushered out of the court…..hehehe…

Hehehe, I think he got off very lightly. I’m sorry but an Indian fart should attract at least double that!
